Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We highly recommend that all customers prioritize online payments. With support for over 17 payment gateways, prepaid orders are automatically prioritized by our system, which reduces order processing and confirmation time. Under this condition, your package will reach you faster.
Customers also have the option of using our Cash on Delivery (COD) method to place orders. However, due to a significant number of invalid orders and difficulties in contacting COD customers, which impacts our shipping quality and increases the workload for our warehouse staff, we've made the following adjustments to our COD policy:
All COD orders require a prepayment of Rs. 50. This part will be counted in the total order value, with the balance need to be paid upon delivery of the package.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, we are sure to refund your prepayment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
If you wish to return the product after receiving it, please follow our standard return process.
If a COD order cannot be delivered due to customer's contact issues or address issues and is returned to the origin (RTO), the prepayment will not be refunded.
