Serplex® Cabinet Hinge Installation Drilling Kit with 35mm Forstner Bit, Self-Centering Drill Bits, Hinge Boring Jig & Hex Wrenches Precision Hinge Mounting Tool Set for Furniture Door Installation
Product Description
- CABINET HINGE INSTALLATION KIT: This complete hinge drilling kit provides all essential tools for precise and consistent concealed hinge installation. With a durable jig, a 35mm Forstner bit, self centering drill bits, and supportive accessories, it ensures clean cuts, accurate alignment, and professional results for both beginners and experienced woodworkers.
- PRECISION DRILLING GUIDE: The hinge boring jig delivers reliable accuracy by keeping the drill bit perfectly centered on cabinet doors. It clamps securely to prevent shifting, allowing users to create uniform hinge cup recesses every time.
- 35MM CLEAN AND ACCURATE FORSTNER CUTS: The included 35mm Forstner bit creates smooth, flat bottomed recesses ideal for concealed hinge cups. Its depth markings support controlled drilling, while its sharp edges prevent splintering on wood surfaces.
- AUTOMATIC SELF CENTERING PILOT HOLES: The spring loaded self centering drill bits eliminate guesswork by aligning automatically with hinge mounting holes. Available in multiple sizes, they produce perfect pilot holes for screws, preventing wood splitting and ensuring a tight, secure fit.
- VERSATILE ACCESSORIES AND ADJUSTABILITY: The kit includes hex wrenches and additional adapter bits to ensure compatibility with different drills and hinge styles. These accessories allow quick adjustments for depth and positioning.
